David is a NASM & CFSC certified personal trainer, with over thirty years of martial arts experience.

DOF is a mix of Western exercise & Eastern spiritual practice of karate. He helps clients lose weight, gain strength, learn self-defense, and build or strengthen confidence.

Clients' introductory session includes a physical fitness, medical history and nutritional background check. While this might seem invasive, it is to establish a preliminary foundation from which to work and set goals. The compiled information is used to create a customized weekly fitness and maintenance program. Clients seeking in-home martial arts training sessions should have an accommodating space free of obstructions, distractions and proper padding/noise-insulation.

David is a amazing personal trainer that has alot of knowledge that helped me over the years when I was struggling with my post pregnanacy weight.
